Athina Koutsoumadi

Managing Director,  Forvis Mazars

Athina Koutsoumadi is a Managing Director and Retail Sector Leader in Outsourced Accounting Services at Forvis Mazars, with more than 25 years of experience across audit, accounting outsourcing, advisory and consulting, payroll and shadow payroll, and corporate tax services. She advises domestic and international clients across consumer, logistics, manufacturing, technology, media, and life sciences, ranging from pre‑revenue startups to organizations with up to $500M in annual revenue. Athina is a published author in The CPA Journal and international accounting journals, and the co‑founder of WHOW OF NY, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering professional women. She also serves on the board of The Needlers Foundation. She has been recognized as one of The Women Leaders’ “Top 20 Most Inspiring Women Leaders” in 2024 and is a recipient of the 2026 New York Institute of Credit Women in Achievement Renaissance Award. She is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, and ACFE.

Marina Davelman

Senior Vice President, IDB Bank

Marina Davelman is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at IDB Bank, with over two decades of expertise in commercial banking, credit management, and business development. Since joining in 2018, she has built and managed middle market C&I and real estate portfolios, driven new client acquisition, and partnered with senior leadership on initiatives to strengthen internal processes and optimize performance. She has also served as interim team leader, overseeing a group of relationship managers. Marina is deeply committed to her industry and community. She is a past president of the Contemporary Credit Club, serves on the boards of The Needlers Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is a co-founder of WHOW OF NY. Outside of work, Marina enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband Stas and their four children.
